In the age of large data, data is an important factor in creating value, and correct and feasible business processes can bring real data, which can drive operational decisions. In order to improve the professional quality and working ability of project managers, Far East Tech held a training meeting on the main three processes of project management last week.

The training is explained by the personnel of the engineering department, and the training is carried out from three mainstream business processes: IPD (integrated product development), LTC (lead to cash), and ITR (issue to resolved). And communicated with the participants about the problems and difficulties in the current business process. Through the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical cases, participants realized the importance of formulating correct business processes.

Through this training, the participants have a clearer understanding of the concept, formulation and improvement of business processes, and their theory and business level have been further improved,which laying an important foundation to work in a healthy and effective environment.  It also plays a positive role in better promoting cross-departmental cooperation and optimizing project management.
